1913 GV STO Postcard
I would appreciate any help with identifying a 1913 GV STO postcard I recently purchased on ebay.
The vendor's description stated "This STO postcard has the embossed 1/2d stamp of GV stamped on an ED VII postal stationery postcard. This postcard has the Arms format used only on ED VII postcards. Not listed in BPS 1971 by Huggins.I've never seen one before in years of collecting."
He appears to be correct in stating that it is not listed in 1971 Huggins nor in Huggins and Baker.
I have been through the back issues of the Society's newsletters expecting it to appear as a "New Find" but (on first sight anyway) I have not found it. Is it indeed a "New Find" or have I missed something?
Attached are front and back views of the card.

Re: 1913 GV STO Postcard
Hello David,
Looks an interesting one. Might be worth contacting either Neil Sargent or David Huggins directly.
I can't help. Sorry
